PTT Philippines started venturing into retail business in 1996 with its first fully integrated retail service station inside the Subic Bay Freeport Zone and has since been expanding in various parts of the country – from the northernmost part of Ilocos down to Iloilo in Western Visayas region.
PTT PHILIPPINES GROUP composed of PTT Philippines Corporation (PTTPC) and PTT Philippines Trading Corporation (PTTTC) is a subsidiary company of Thailand’s PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company, Ltd. (OR). It is primarily engaged in the local trading of petroleum products particularly on three major segments – retail, wholesale, and commercial markets.
With storage depots in Subic Bay Freeport Zone in Central Luzon, Sariaya, Quezon in South Luzon, and Cebu in Central Visayas, PTT Philippines supplies petroleum products to various industries such as transport, power, shipping and fishing, mining, construction, and manufacturing among others apart from its retail service stations all over Luzon and the Visayas regions.
Its wide array of products includes gasoline, diesel, aviation fuel, industrial lubricants, automotive and motorcycle engine oil, greases and other special lubricants. PTT Philippines is a member of the Philippine Institute of Petroleum (PIP), a non-stock, non-profit and SEC-registered grouping of key players in the downstream oil industry in the country.
PTT Philippines has been operating in the country for more than two decades already since the Philippines liberalized its oil market in late 1990s.
PTTPC initially was under the Subic Coastal/Subic Bay Distribution, Inc. (SBDI), while PTTTC was then under the Subic Bay Fuels Co. Inc. (SBFI) being shareholders in the Subic Bay Group.
PTT Philippines’ corporate name officially became PTT Philippines Corporation (from SBDI) and PTT Philippines Trading Corporation (from SBFI) after the SBDI and SBFI Board of Directors’ approval in 2006.
It opened its first fully integrated retail service station inside the
Subic Bay Freeport Zone in 1996 and PTT’s gas stations have since started mushrooming in various
parts of the country – from the northernmost part of Ilocos down to Iloilo in Western Visayas
region.
In 2008, Park ‘N Fly, the country’s only full-service airport parking facility,
became a member of the PTT Family. In January 2015, PTT Philippines opened its first Platinum

park concept PTT-SCTEX.
A Platinum Station and a Park Concept are premier stations that are bigger
in size in terms of land area that also serve as a one-stop-shop facility with wide variety of
services that include a row of restaurants, convenience store, and a world-class pay toilet called
Restroom 20, among others, to complement the gasoline station.
Currently, it has a network of
188 retail stations and counting in at least nine regions in the country particularly in Metro

Bicol, and in Central and Western Visayas.
With its continuing expansion in the Philippines, PTT Philippines last acqiuisition of storage facility was in Sariaya, Quezon to cover the Southern Luzon region. This is an addition to its existing depots in Subic, Clark, and Cebu. These facilities have segregated tanks and pipeline system to ensure integrity and non-contamination.
