Leasing of our commercial spaces at select PTT Stations, particularly at the major ones with wider lot areas, complements the PTT Philippines business. These commercial spaces normally house our so-called co-locator partners or those offering products and services outside of the oil business. Common are fastfood restaurants, coffee shops, food stalls, and the likes.
Patterned after PTT Thailand, select PTT Stations in the Philippines has “PTT Restroom 20” – a luxurious pay toilet that customers could use for at least P20 donation as part of the company’s corporate social responsibility program. Proceeds automatically go to beneficiaries identified by the local government hosting the station with the said toilet. Currently, there are two PTT Restroom 20 in the Philippines. They are located in Concepcion, Tarlac (PTT SCTEX) and in Lucena, Quezon (PTT Lucena).
